Not recommendable!!! My husband gave me a calligraphy voucher for my birthday. The first appointment for a course was after a waiting period of over eight months. Unfortunately, I had a slight cold on the morning of the course, so I canceled my course due to the corona pandemic out of consideration for other participants. Then came the nasty surprise: When I asked for an alternative appointment, Ms. Dalberg informed me that the terms and conditions stipulate that I am not entitled to it. My husband, who had been a customer of Ms. Dalberg for a long time, looked for a personal conversation again, but Ms. Dalberg was not a bit accommodating. She seems to find it okay to let her customers pay money and not give anything in return.
