We have experienced a very personal and completely satisfactory individual support. All questions have been answered in a calm and sensitive manner in a detailed and reliable manner. I do not know where to start ... but if it's the first impression .... I can only recommend the funeral home best! Every bereavement and timing is likely to be different. My mother and I feel so well advised here and informed in an emotional difficult situation where you can not think clearly. The previous planning of the funeral service and the "all the trappings" was very professional and so far very good! (And unfortunately that is not self-evident for every funeral home !!!) The funeral of my father has not yet taken place. For me it is important to give a first "thank you" and appreciation of this very good "support". A final feedback follows after the funeral.
