We had a fantastic experience. We have stayed at other citizenM hotels around the world. They are modern, very comfortable and the staff are friendly. citizenM Copenhagen was no different. In fact I would say that it is the best one we have stayed in yet. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back again soon.

Everything was wonderful. You will fall in love with this hotel too The location is amazing The staff Is cheerful and accommodating I love the bathrooms and the restaurant has The best vegan soup dish I've ever tasted. I cannot think of anything negative

Always love the creativity and innovation of CitizensM chain. If there is an estate in any cities we go, we’d stay there! The hotel room space is not big, but it was most effective use of space that you don’t feel the further need of larger room. Also the food bar is very fun to hang around. Will come back again.

I am just loving the place. Service is top, all staff is nice and accommodating. The lounge area feels like home, superbly designed and gives you the right sense of relaxation. The rooms are equipped with everything a person needs and the most important element for me - one of the best quality beds I've slept on. Pillows are top quality too. The bathroom something super cool. Definitely coming back for my next stay.
