This was the worst experience of my life. They almost killed 2 of my cats. After the surgery, the doctor did not care much about the cat's patience. The doctor (her name is Nelly) said that "if God wants they will get better", instead of doing a proper job. We went to a different pet hospital where the doctors fixed what the butchers from ISA did. It's super sad that this can happen in a university :(. This people are insane and they care only about the money, nothing else.
