Jarabacoa River Club & Resort

At first everything was great we checked on 10/10 We got our room and when to enjoy our day we celebrated my moms birthday. When we got back to our room there was water all over the floor from the a/c I called the front desk, the receptionist told me there was nothing they can do before the person who can fix it it’s gone for the night. I then decided to turn the a/c off so it won’t continue to leak. The next morning no one came to check in on us or anything, around 10am I decided to call front desk again to if anyone was coming to at least clean up the water, the lady who answered said they wasn’t aware of any water leak from the a/c. When we finally checked out around 1 I mention the issue all they said was we apologized. This place is nice and all but because of the experience I will not be recommending it to anyone.

Excellent place to start your adventure in Jarabacoa!! Next time will stay for more days

Beautiful place, but it's in need of a makeover. All the outdoor furniture needs to be replace, because they are old and weather and needs to be replace. But overall it's a great place to visit.

Went there recently and you can tell that the place is an absolute decay everything from the service to the rooms to the facilities was an absolute decay even the river now looks completely horrible and dirty it’s a shame what this hotel has become I would not recommend anyone to go there until there’s a complete change. My room the AC didn’t work the bedsheets were of the worst category the pillows were absolutely horrid the pools especially the hot tub we’re not working the place had a bad energy

Food was good, great customer service. Not so crowded.
