The service they offer leaves much to be desired, it is almost always closed. Many times the packages arrive in Puerto Plata and not at their final destination Gaspar Hernandez as specified by the sender. I already had 3 quite bad experiences with this mail service that by the way is managed by the government, imagine. It is better to send by a private shipping company, I recommend that to avoid bad times.
