I hear this bank is quite popular with the locals. It is alright clean, nice staff, they do not often run out of money.

A branch like any other, has its moments of conglomeration of people but leaving that aside, it provides services with the quality of any other branch.

Wow, despite the situation we are going through and the crowd of people crowding the banks; I can never compare the most excellent service I received. Cala or Yala forgives for not remembering your name, you are excellent in customer service. I am from the capital and I think I will travel here every month just to receive an excellent service like the one you gave me. Super pleased with this cashier.

I feel so disappointed to belong to a bank so incompetent and with such mediocre service. I had a credit card with the Banco Popular, "Tenia" because after paying it I canceled it because I would go on a trip. Today I receive an email with an account statement of my last card which is supposed to be non-existent, from the monthly charge for its use. My card made sure to pay it off completely and a popular agent took it and cut it in front of me because it would not do any good because the account must be "canceled". But not limited to those charges, I see reviewing that from a deposit that they made to my account they have deducted the charge for the plastic 3 times so far this month and that it is known that there were no late charges. I need a quick solution, while I was in the DR when I was calling with my digital token they always accessed my account, now that I'm so far away they can never validate the numbers provided and their solution is to take me back because I need to be present for the resolution of the case. Please, Banco Popular in the 21st century.
