eXtreme Circus

Run away and join the circus? Yes you can! I spent 5 days at the Extreme Hotel and participated in both flying trapeze and silks taught by Extreme Circus. Whether you are taking classes for the first time or have some background, the instructors take the time to share the importance of safety and go above and beyond in their instruction of students. It truly is an amazing inspiring experience. My limits were challenged!

I've had the pleasure to take a couple of Trapeze classes at eXtreme Circus with Greg's team. What a thrill! I have absolutely no experience with the aerial arts but Greg, Rex and Mauro guided me through their beginner class with ease. The team compliments each other quite well, Greg has a calm demeanor, Rex is firm and authoritative at all the right moments and Mauro was always there giving tips and feedback. It is a work out but it is so much fun that you don't notice just how much you worked on your core strength, until the adrenaline of flying has calmed down. Few things beat learning to fly trapeze while surrounded by palm trees and the ocean a few feet away.

Amazing vacation at extreme circus camp!!!! My sister and I decided to book a one week vacation to do the circus camp at Extreme Carabate Hotel. This was one of the best vacation we ever had. It was simply amazing to get to try all types of circus arts right by the beach with amazing people. Gregory, Rex, Mauro and Kelsey went above and beyond to provide us with the best vacation possible. We were all beginners in circus but they were able to make us comfortable and safe. They were able to adjust there coaching to what we wanted to learn and achieve. If you want to try something different and entertaining, the circus camp is absolutely for you! No need for previous experience in circus, you will be surprise at what you can do! The food at the holet is also absolutely fantastic and a bonus is that you get to visit the organic farm and actually see where all the fresh food comes from. You also get to do river tubbing which was an amazing experience. There is such a good vibe to this place, I just got back home and I am already missing everything about it!

My favourite thing to do in my favourite place in the world. Greg's team, beautiful setting and a sprinkle of adrenaline will make your holiday for sure.

The main draw to this place is by far the flying trapeze class that happens twice a day. In addition, there's a rotation of silks, lyra, acro, stretching, handstands, and juggling classes throughout the day. In all these classes, the instructors are visibly experienced with teaching and actually performing. You can tell they are genuinely enjoying what they do, and they'll let you progress as slow as you'd like, or help you push yourself as hard as you can (while staying within reasonable limits). Once classes are over they'll be happy to show you around town Also I did not expect the included farm tour to be interesting (especially when the rest of my week was spent on flying trapeze and etc.), but I was blown away by the entire self-sustainability system in place at the farm. The menu options for the included breakfast and dinner are somewhat limited (7 choices for breakfast, about ~20 for dinner), but honestly that hardly matters because even if you eat the same thing multiple times, the food is so good and fresh you won't get tired of it. Overall, the group I went with ranged from complete beginner to intermediate level in circus, and we all loved our experience, from check-in to check-out.
