A good friend told me this was the best italian place in Cabarete and he was not lying. Even though the place is right next to the road, it did not fee hot. Expect some street noise. The pasta was soft and the sauce fresh. If you want to have affordable and exquisite italian food come to this place. Pet friendly.

Excellent pizza and sauce (my favorite is the marinara), amazing bartender who makes the best fresh juices in town (my favorites are chinolla/passion fruit and cherry). The seafood is also fresh and perfectly prepared. It's also a great environment where I often bring my laptop to do work. Their free wifi is excellent.
