Avoid it. This agency and thrifty rental in Dominican Republic in general is an unfair company Who will charge you additional insurance fees whatever credit cars cover you May already have... their prices look attractive first but they end up far more expensive than any others... some small local rental company are more trustful and cheaper than what looks as a secured international professional group. Actually this is a franchise and you cannot even get assistance from their headquarter. Ban it!
