Very easy to email and set up delivery. Power Chair was delivered exactly at the time we requested and very flexible on time when we needed to return it. Being able to have a power chair for our 23 year old wheel chair bound kid made it a lot easier on a huge resort. His arms would of been worn out as well as all of us pushing him around. Definitely recommend this company!! I can’t remember delivery guys name, but he was very nice and explained everything well! Please make sure we are very appreciative of his professionalism and customer service!

Handicap Travelers DR was fantastic to work with. When my grandmother's flight was delayed they were willing to postpone our oxygen rental by a day and didn't make us pay for the lost day. E-mails were always answered promptly and courteously. The oxygen concentrator arrived on time and was in great, working condition. Pick up and drop off couldn't have been smoother. The Dominican Republic was fantastic and this service only made it better. Thank you for catering to those who may need a little extra help.
