Pilot Rent Car

This team was great to work with! Our other rental car never showed at the hotel. When I called Pilot they took great care of us! The price was good and they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Everything was as agreed and they stayed in communication via WhatsApp. Friendly and honest - this was the best rental car dealings I’ve had in a long time.

Absolutelly perfect service for reasonable price. We had a car for 14 days, second day on the beach was robed and rear passanger window was gone :-( after police report came back to the Pilot company and in 30 minutes we left with new window and washed car. Retun was also perfect , left wife with lugages on the airport and went alone with plan to took a bike taxi to the airport but the employe David took me to the airport. In case we will go again to this country i will definetely book car again.

Hidden little spot to rent a car. VERY hidden. Not what we are used to in the USA but it gets the job done at a very low price in DR. Not a new car for those that expect to get what you usually get in the USA but like I said, it gets the job done and it’s not too expensive.
