Awful experience! Respect your time and don't go here! It's not that Europcar customer service you have in Europe... The only advantage is cashless but you have headache for that.

Rent a car at this location from Dec 08 to 12, 2019, and got a perfect service. Dennyboy, one of their employee, did a great favor for me by bringing the car to my hotel, and gave me a free upgrade of the rental car because the car I had reserved online was not available on Dec 08. All process was quick, efficient, and without any hidden charges. I strongly recommend this car rental company.

I booked a car in advance for 7 days only to be told by the reception staff, sorry there’s no car for you we made a mistake ! this from a supposed reputable company was outrageous and left my wife and I unexpectedly without transport, shocking behaviour

Friendly and professional service is what I like. That's exactly what I got. My car rental April 10-11, 2019 was a positive experience. I hope the same employees are there on my next visit to Bavaro and Punta Cana.

Beware they will TRY to rip you off! I rented car for 5 days right before Hurricane Irma was to hit island. I called office and asked them what time they would be closing the day before storm was to hit. I get to office before closing and they were closed. UNPROFESSIONAL. A guard was on duty. I made a video showing i attempted to turn in car early in case i encountered issues. Office was closed day of storm (which bypassed PC). I arrived at office next day. To my surprise they did not even attempt to charge for extra day, but rather tried to say the car was in an accident. The attempt to 'get over on Americans' was not going to work here. I visit PC every couple months, so I am well aware of tactics used on foreigners. I went off and my friend who happens to live there went off. It was a new car with temporary tags and no signs anywhere of damage. Around this area there are numerous speed bumps and one's car may scrape under the carriage. That would apply to all cars in PC as they all go over these bumps. Once the staff calmed us both down, they retracted their accident statements. Just beware of the attempt to get over while visiting here.
