If you want to understand what is real Dominican Republic this place will help you to do it. You can see in Maranatha people from Europe, who lives here long time. All apartments have kitchen. Private parking for moto. There is a very nice place on the roof. Very low prices if you want to rent for 1 month and more. You should check it) Maranatha is really amazing place!

Small local neighborhood

Very good resemble monthly rent low budget but excellent place. The studios have ever thing you need. Small kitchen fully equiped and Internet WiFi plus washing machine on the roof top terrace as well a open kitchen and a small BBQ and a big inflatable jacuzxi. For the price 9500 pesos a month a fantastic deal. Great place to stay. Said so minimum is 2 weeks for 6000 pesos or a month for 9500.

This is an extreme budget hotel .. be sure you know the DR well before you book in this area .. it's a safe community as long as you know your way round here ..please be warned
