You must take a number to ask any questions. Most are not answered (you are told to look it up on the website). My baby was not allowed to wait inside (no, she was not fussy or crying). We were given erroneous information. We were asked to re-print a page to “correct” a mistake (which was not actually a mistake I later found out)... to re-print we had two options... come back the next day OR pay 500 pesos to print 1 page at the only copy store in the little mall. Terrible experience.

Excellent, since I arrived, everything was very fast, and with a very friendly, trained and helpful professional staff. The physical facilities are very modern and clean. In total it lasts about 15-20 minutes.
