Halmendarys Rent a Car

Horrible experience , no policy in place for refunds, had to cancel flight due to dangerous hurricane and cancelled flight , owner couldn't even refund me half of the deposit, they didn't even have the vehicle i paid to rent out ready, bad business with paid reviews.
