Si te crees que puede ahorrar dinero rentando aquí, no hace! Son mentiras que dicen ellos, van a darte un precio bajo y cuando llego van a decir que necesita seguro aunque que la tarjeta de crédito lo cobre. If you think you’re getting a good deal renting from them, run! They will quote you a low price and then claim they don’t have the car but offer you an upgrade that you’ll pay for OR claim you need to pay for insurance (your credit card covers) that ends up being double or triple your daily rent rate.

No shuttle available on arrival, had to walk 10 minutes to get to the rental office since their phone number wasn’t working. When I arrived my $100 one-week economy car was actually triple what my credit card estimated ($300). Mind blowing how the required liability insurance was higher than the actual daily rate of the economy vehicle itself, which they claimed is mandatory by law even though my ammex platinum covers me for full insurance. Avoid this place not worth it if you’re trying to save money on a car.

Don't rent from this place, you will regret it, Made a reservation for a SUV, The rental office is outside the airport, I had to walk for 10 minutes in the rain with my wife and kids, The Ford Explorer was rundown, smell like shhhh, and to top it off was forced to get $25 per day insurance, I have full coverage and Gold Amex that cover rental up to 50k, I had no choice I was not going to shop around after a long day to get there, nasty customer service on front desk, rent from Avis, or Budget, Don't waste your time.

I paid for a "Kia Sportage or similar". When my dad picked up the car he was told there were no SUV available and he was given a Honda H1, a huge van that is not similar. It is not similar in size AND requires more gas, which he had to pay for. He was also told that he could not take the car unless he paid additional fees for road side assistance. The employee did not even give him any paperwork when he picked up the car until he asked and even that did not have any information regarding payment. I did not agree to this. I do not want to pay additional charges when I already paid for the rental online and insurance is provided by my credit card. To make matters worse, when an SUV was available instead of bringing the car to my father to make the change, which I believe should have been done especially since we are paying for roadside assistance, my father had to drive all the way back to the airport to make the switch. Unacceptable. On top of this, the vehicles given to him were damaged. The Honda H1 brakes caused the car to shake when you stepped on it, not safe. The Hyundai car was not properly aligned, the car pulls to the right and the AC system did not work. Which was also very unsafe for my father when it was raining and he was unable to defrost the windshield. Because the second car also did not work my father again had to switch cars again. And again he was told that there was no one available to bring the car to him to switch. So again my father drove all the way to the airport to make the switch. Unacceptable. This has been a waste of time AND money. He had to pay multiple tolls to bring the car to the airport multiple times, he had to pay for gas for a huge van that we didn't want, and he wasted HOURS on the phone with this company and HOURS exchanging cars. UNACCEPTABLE. And even when I contacted the company to express my concerns they constantly ignore my emails and only respond after I send multiple messages. Horrible company, horrible customer service.

I would give 0 stars if given the option. We had rented a car for December 25th for 3AM as it showed it would be opened. Upon arrival that morning from the STI Airport, the store front was closed and all the numbers provided for calls did not work. I asked them for a reimbursement as we were unable to get the car as promised and it was prepaid. Despite not being opened, Economy refused to reimburse me my full amount and said they would keep $50 as a fee. I called to talk to a manager who confirmed they were closed on December 25th despite customer care telling me that they were opened that day and there were transactions between the hours of 2 to 5AM. This company lies and refuses to take responsibility for their actions. Would never rent from them again and highly suggest you don't either.
