I ordered flowers for my mom on Saturday, they were supposed to arrive on Monday. I payed and received a confirmation. My mom called today to verify the delivery time and they tell her there is no order for her. Then they call me to say they ran out of flowers since Friday and the person that was suppose to handle my order failed to inform me. The soonest they can deliver is Thursday. I ask for a refund they tell me to initiate it with through my form of payment. Apparently they don’t know how to do it. I ask them to have a manager call me back. I’m still waiting for a call. I ordered a small arrangement just 10-12 roses. What decent Flower shop can’t handle that?

website's registration process doesn't work, I never received a confirmation/verification of account email after trying several times with no luck. It was a total waste of time. I couldn't send my mom's birthday flowes because of your website. I called twice and no one asked. Prices are way too high and the website only offer prices in Dominican Pesos.
