Bora Bora Aparta Hotel

The reason for my 2 stars is that this hotel is one of the older ones in the Metropolitan Santiago City of Dominican Republic. I have been to the others in the area and they all are updated and have all the amenities that come with. The first issue I have with this place is they don't accept credit cards😡. Secondly they didn't have hot water for the jacuzzi... Destroyed my romantic night with a beautiful lady... When I ordered drinks they took a long time to bring it to my room... I stayed in the executive room. Which is supposed to be like the 5 star room. Some of the tiles were falling off the walls. They had 2 floors and plenty of space but had a queen size bed.😔 What a turn off!!! Let me keep going in the end I complained about the hot water and they said that it was working and to keep trying they didn't even make an attempt to accommodate me. Lastly they charged me 2800 pesos which is equivalent to about 60 dollars. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT GUYS PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The presidential suites are very nice, although, a bit pricey. Biggest problem we had is that at 7am a group of drunks gathered right at front of our room, screaming and yelling unbelievably loud. The administration, nor the security guys did anything about it, even though it went on for about 3 hours. It’s unfortunate, but I wasn’t able to find a nice and decent hotel around the area.
