Joanna dried my hair. Perfect, in this tropical weather my hair stayed straight for over a week without using the straight iron. Dina did my feet, fabulous. Then the spa was the cherry on top.

I have made an appointment for a balayage process with yaniris henriquez(mi alma). I request the appointment within one week noticed, the person who attended me via WhatsApp was explainable which she told me I had to get evaluated first in order to have the process. I told that person that I have made that process before, and after the evaluation(same day) I would love to be able to do it. She said yes, since I was traveling to attend a graduation in Santiago, she said I could get the process same day of evaluation. Once I got to my appointment it was totally different of what we talked via WhatsApp. I couldn't get the balayage because it was evaluation only. They wanted to schedule me for another date which I was very dissatisfied because my agenda was busy for the following week. Yaniris wanted to work with me the following day with the urged so that I wouldn't feel bad. I explained to her that I didnt have time and that I believed that they have to work with the client schedule rather than working at their convenience. After all the dissatisfaction I requested to do a mani and pedi since I was already there, yaniris told me I can do it I just had to wait for my turn. I went to the register to tell the person in charge she told me i had to make an appointment! I left without doing anything and very disappointed. This beauty center is lack on responsibility, education and customer service! On the other hand, I went to beia located at plaza internacional and there are very professional, I booked a makeup routine withing 2 hour of service and they quickly attended me with the best service. Yolis who I believe the makeup artist name was, was very efficient, professional and very humble! Plus the girls who washed my hair and blow dryed as well! I was very happy once I got out of the salon! I 100% recommend beia Express plaza internacional!

I had a manicure and pedicure done at the Express, the girl was very kind and fixed me very well, but the chairs where I did the manicure was very uncomfortable and the young woman who was working on me tried not to feel so uncomfortable, in addition to who reported, that the position was making my back and legs hurt, but the others did nothing and it really was a process that was made uncomfortable by the chair I was sitting in, but what bothered me the most is that the others did nothing for me, as a client, to be comfortable in this process that we all know is long.
