I had recently purchased funeral flowers and though, I was initially happy with arrangement I decided shortly after purchased birthday flowers. I had sent them a picture of a birthday cake made out of flowers with inexpensive carnations with fake candels on top. I even sent them a picture from 1800 flowers website so they had a CLEAR vision. Price was $49 US dollars. They TRIPLED the price. And Yes it was a small version not large. Three times as much ! Reread that. Shame on them for price gauge during this pandemic. They also need to be more creative in there artistry of flower arrangements. There website as well needs to be updated for many reasons. First, it's not bilingual which is so 19.... and second, they have the same photos on different pages posted as a new items or different category. They clearly need to hire a webpage designer. There customer service I must say is extremely excellent! There delivery as well. I only gave them 2 stars due to price gauging and unwilling to accommodate a customer who was going to give them lots of future orders.
