Punto IKEA Santiago

It's very convenient for people who are looking for affordable furniture for their place.

They used to be great , now the services has declined . I ordered an item 8 days ago and there was no evidence of my order except my screen shot of the order being complete. Now I have to wait another 5 days pick up my order. It was really bad !!

Nice displays in this IKEA branch, but you can't buy anything to take with you... Everything has to be ordered and takes 10 to 14 days to get to you. Didn't help me any, since I needed some furnishings there and then!

Good luck with Ikea Santiago! Nine days after I purchased and arranged delivery and no answer. No contact info for the shipping company. Every time I ask for it customer service says it's an internal number and can't give it to me. I have called 5 times and e-mailed, they can't figure out when my order will be delivered. Pay with a credit card so you don't lose your money. Cancelling my order. Sucks to say, my country is lacking in customer service.

A) This is a tiny Ikea showroom; don't drive here expecting a real Ikea. B) They display stuff that you can't buy. They don't mark them as sold out so you can spend time measuring and evaluating and then try to buy only to find out that you have wasted your time. This Ikea location is bad for the Ikea brand.
