The wait time is very long and they don't even offer you any cold refreshments. We purchased a used car and the the wait time for paperwork to be signed was over 3 hours. When given the vehicle it was not checked and we ended up filling it up with gas to then have it emptied out because something was wrong with the car and it had to be fixed with an empty tank. The air conditioner was not working either so we had to take it to a repair shop which they told us to go to. All this waste of time could have been avoided if the vehicles were maintained in working order. Time is money and thats something this country needs to learn in order to run a smooth business.
