Bad customer service. Guards are rude. For no reason they let in part of a group and the rest they leave them outside, when you ask them they say is because the Club is full. But they let in other people around. Rude to the top, they don't worth time or money

Discriminatory worst place in DR. Dont even think in have a good time there, unless u are white. They dont even let you use hat in the club. Service sucks, bartenders only serve people they tell then to serve.

This place sucks. My friend was messaging the event planner to reserve a table for the night & he wouldn't respond back (friend looks domincan). When I message the same person, I'm getting responses immediately until he realizes that I'm part of the party that was getting ignored. My friends send me in while they find parking. They let me in without even patting me down. It wasn't crowded inside and 75% of the tables were available. When the rest of my group tries to get in (2 men, 2 women), they stopped them and denied entry. They said there's no room and wouldn't even look my friends in the eye. I walked out to ask what's the problem, and the bouncer just stared off into space because he has no respect for tourists. We left and went to Level and were happy to give them our business.

Worst club ever in Santiago! They discriminate to the fullest! The security sucks and are corrupt. Just because my boyfriend and I had IDs from the United States, they wouldn’t let us go in even though they let most of our group in. Like how are you going to let all the Dominican people from the group in and not allow the American ones? How stupid is that! And on top of that the corrupted security whispered in my boyfriends ear to give him $1000 pesos and that would be the only way he would let him in (but there is no entrance fee to begin with but he just wanted to asks us for money because he thinks we’re stupid and are gonna give him money when nobody pays to go in to begin with) WORST PLACE EVER! Avoid this place and you will thank me later! Never going back!

Worst Club Experience in my entire life. Super discriminatory! I've been to 25+ countries and I've never been to a place this shady in my life. Highly recommend against this place!
