The only saving grace is the mostly functional BHD ATM and the very nice abuelita "Minerva" that sometimes serves. The picture is what happens every single time you get a cup of any fluid....within 3.5 minutes it will leak, in this instance it's milk. SMDH

DANGER: only eat here if absolutely necessary; otherwise avoid. There is an ever prevalent risk to life! I personally know over a dozen persons that have gotten amoebae from the food at this establishment. (unfit for human consumption; I wouldn't feed my enemies' pets this boar-swill) someone close to me wound up with gastroenteritis for three weeks because they ate the wrong thing here. (suffered severe dehydration) Be aware this place will poison you and shrug about it; literally blame it on you instead of their cooking and cleaning ethics. People routinely wind up with a need to buy Prodacom because they ate at this "fine" eatery... They mark up the prices of local goods and have confounding specials. Please take note that if you order them you very likely won't receive what you expected. The kitchen staff is clearly incompetent. The front-of-house staff are far worse. If I could select a negative integer for this review it would be -1e-30 (-.001^10)! [the first shift is rude and the second shift is a literal mouth-breather] They need a second cash register! The system in place is a complete time-waster, only come in if you are prepared to wait in line for her to attempt managing two lines on one register and answering the phone all the while having side-conversations with staff. As for the food, somebody please donate to them a cookbook. The only safe dish is rice & beans! Chicken lasagna looks like cat-food and taste like canned food; I wish i were exaggerating. Steer clear of the following menu options: arepas(overdone and dry as heck, more like corn gravel-lumps; I hope you brought something to drink) rolled eggplant with ham topped in cheese and swimming in oil(or anything rolled; why does this even exist?) any item that is spiced in some dark and foul smelling seasoning(taste as if cumin and anise had a child in the woods and then a bear came along devoured the parents and raised the seasoning as its own, then that little spice was rescued as an adult but could not adjust to society and it would greet people by stuffing clumps of dirt in their mouths) "Fish-balls" - Oh the horror(your intestines will be a living hell) burrito(is not a burrito) beef(just trust me) fried cheese/salami/eggs(just drink warm lard) quipes(grease filled wheat turnovers with a dusting of beef) chicken empanadas(just fried flour with an essence of chicken stuffed bread(filled with a smear or a smattering) stale donuts(if that's your thing) fish anything! “steamed” vegetables = boiled mush I could go on but you get the idea. This place providing "food & satisfaction" is laughable. Bottom-line: They're trying to kill you and they'll smile as you have to take time off in order to seek remedies to their "offerings". They need to be shut down or completely restructure into a viable business model; where is Gordon Ramsay with the Kitchen Nightmares crew? The owner of this establishment should be ashamed. Post Script: A particular "Company" should move their subsidy to Punto Y Coma or just give it in cash to it's workers. It's 2018, why has no-one stood against this inhumane treatment? We should not be fed as if we were baconers.

They give a good service

The food is tasty. The place is nice and has good customer service.
