Place is good, only that trainers should be on the lookout for anyone who needs help. Not just the female clients.

It's a decent gym. Free water, air conditioning. Smallest plates 5 pounds, no bumper plates no deadlift platform. Staff aren't particularly knowledgeable, you better educate yourself before going.

It was okay to use. There are many machines so you don't have to wait a lot. Staff was kind.
