Hospital Municipal De Cabral

The inauguration of this Municipal Hospital of Cabral is part of the execution of projects for the construction, reconstruction and remodeling of hospitals throughout the Dominican Republic. Public Health regulations, PAHO and WHO, for Surgery Rooms, require that microbes do not have the facility to develop and for this, this hospital was equipped with an aseptic floor that does not allow bacteria to develop. Aseptic walls and aseptic panels, special for surgery rooms, special air conditioning for surgery rooms, medical gas lines at the patient's bedside. It has an investment of RD $ 139 million, 447 thousand 977 pesos and 06 cents ". It consists of: Emergency, Triage, Emergency office, Observation area, Cure room, Nebulization treatment, medication, Medical rest, Vaccine areas, Surgical block, 1 operating room, 1 delivery room, 2 pre and 2 post-surgical . It also has a sterilization area, newborn care, neonatal with 2 cots, hospitalization with a total of 23 beds, distributed in two (2) and one (1) bed, each room with its own bathroom, independent medical gas outlet, Heated. Also 5 offices: 2 for gynecology, 1 for pediatrics, 1 for dentistry, 1 for general medicine, Imaging area, X-rays, Sonography, Laboratory, Administrative area, Pharmacy, Morgue, Kitchen, Dining room, Laundry, Treatment units of: Cholera, Tuberculosis, HIV, others.
