Founded by the illustrious Azuano Dr. Simón Bolívar Pelletier Lajara, along with his wife Mrs. Maria Valenzuela de Pelletier, they fathered six children, two of whom hold the profession of Physicians and currently, together with its founder, work and direct said health center , Dr. Pelletier, has done philanthropic work through the practice of medicine for 50 years in his hometown, a symbol of recreation and honesty throughout his life, both personally and in the workplace.
