This is a bank that offers an excellent service to its customers. The only detail is that their demand is so high that they make very long lines and therefore you must wait a long time to be served. One suggestion would be to improve your system so that customer service is much more effective and faster. The security is very strict compared to other banks, if you enter with a cap they demand that you take it off and if you are using your cell phone they send you to turn it off. Basically during the long line you will have to wait bored or conversing with other people.
