Quito Airport Center

Covid protocols were intact! Limited people with limited seating and good distancing was kept. Airport is exceptionally clean especially the restrooms. Quite nice airport! ;)

This is a great place to relax during those inevitable long layovers in Quito. If you have a whole day to kill, by all means go downtown, there is tons to do. But if your layover isn't quite long enough to justify the hour long taxi ride downtown, walk across the street from the airport. There is food, comfortable seating, free wifi, some limited shopping, a private lounge, and rapid covid-19 testing if you need it (as of this writing, covid-19 tests are $18, results in less than an hour)

Lot of light with big windows to see the mountains. They have a nice outdoor area. Clean, very clean. I'm impressed.

This was an amazing airport great stores love flying into and out of this airport.

Waiting area before check-in. Has some tourist shops, café's and fast food and free WiFi. (slow)
