Only a despicable person is capable of assaulting a creature that can not defend itself, the facts of today only show what kind of people are behind this business and definitely do not deserve any kind of support. Instead of accepting and apologizing for the aggression of their employee, they try to justify their actions in a pathetic way, I hope that no one visits their business and thus they learn that all living beings deserve respect.
