The eyebrows are the frame of the face and that is why one trusts the most expert to depilate them and give them shape. I have very bushy eyebrows and I had the worst experience at the perfect eyebrow headquarters in the valley of los chillos. I thought that having the same name as in other sectors would have the same standards of perfection, but I was wrong. They shaved me with thread and they deformed my eyebrows. I look forward to being re-grown and never to return to Perfect Brows Del Valle de los Chillos. Terrible service.
