Casa pica, has small but nice rooms. They have no climate, but there is Internet in all rooms from bottom to top, there is a modem for each floor. The rent is not very expensive, I pay $ 100 USD per month. There is a shared kitchen on the 3rd floor, it has a full kitchen, gas stove (gas is paid by the house) and a refrigerator, also on the roof there are washing machines and space to hang clothes. In the room there is a small TV with cable and a small fan. On the fourth floor there is a kindergarten for English courses, so on that floor around 12 o'clock there are children. The owners are very friendly and approachable people, they don't put faces on you and give you confidence. Next to it there are other hotels of which in my experience none are decent, strange people stay and there is protitución, at home it does not bite, it is a hostel with a good reputation and here are working people who are here for the companies or for contracts, that is what I have observed in my stay. In general, I think it is excellent, a pleasant and fully trusted place where they do not allow strange people or bad behavior. I recommend the rooms overlooking the street.
