A nice newly built terminal but it's hard to get a y reliable information. Nobody speaks English. Hard to get any schedules. Instead, you will be approached by many agents and pushed to a wrong operator (bus company). It happened to me today and I had to buy a new ticket.
It has the potential to be an excellent land terminal. But, in the eating area there are always crumbs of rice and food on the floor and the staff are not attentive to cleaning the tables immediately after people get up.

Tables and floors in an area / food court ALWAYS have to be clean. Pay attention cleaning crew.
