I bought a badly printed book, I wanted to change it and the answer to the change of the book was a NO, totally impolite after discussing it for a while they accepted the change of the book. Today by chance I found the book that changes with a lower price librimundi. I advise to improve your attention and customer service. Personally, I do not recommend or buy more at the bookstore, after this experience.
