Good place to take a break when you visit the basilica of the National Vote .. I suggest that you make more publicity, because if you're not curious it's difficult to find this site since it is located on the top of one of the towers, which has no advertising

A simple place to stop, eat and drink something. It is nothing else but it is a good place to rest after strolling inside the Basilica del Voto Nacional. It has spectacular views of the city (practically 360º). The person who attends is very kind. Definitely a place to have a coffee or a delicious canelazo to recharge energy and continue to know the wonderful city of Quito.
