Santo Domingo Church

My favourite church in Quito. I really like the blue ceiling and that the decoration of this church is a bit simpler compared to the other big baroque churches in the centre.

Good church, it's in a good location and there are a lot of stores close.

The church was inaugurated by Pope Benedict. The Building is so beautiful, I love the Architecture

Nice plaza to meet and begin a historic adventure in Quito. Plenty of taxis and central busses here. Soak up all the historic bliss... have a juice, empanada and then trek up to el panecillo!

Is one of the best churches in old town, near of it you can go to different zones like la Ronda street, walk to La Loma Grande neighborhood, or go to San Marcos neighborhood.
