Sir @ s do not take out this really lousy insurance, you can read the google reviews as Facebook is really bad. They seek not to cover you, they make excuses for everything and it is a waste of money. The worst decision was to switch to this insurance without checking the reviews which are lousy. Save a headache and look for better insurance

Appalling! I have been a client / insured by companies such as VUMI and Best Doctors, this year without having to leave the country due to the pandemic, I wanted to use a cheaper product with local coverage. For this reason I joined this insurance, unfortunately it is the typical insurance of "small letters" or even without letters! Yes, as you read it, I am still waiting for the list of the hospital network and it does not exist in the contract or in the page, or anywhere, as well as the coverage table, it seems to them that the value claimed is on the coverage table that, "only they know" and voila, "they don't pay you". If you want my advice: This company should be intervened by the insurance authorities, for its mistreatment of clients. Do not play with your health gentlemen, that is not good.

Bad service, first I had an emergency after paying a year of insurance, they told me to go to the metropolitan hospital, I was not hospitalized, however I had to pay approximately $ 500 out of pocket, that was 2 months ago and so far not They have made me the refund offered, I send emails, I call Customer Service and nothing. Additionally, they have charged me more than $ 170 dollars from my card when my insurance is $ 66, and they do not give me an answer either, I have sent emails, I contact my Broker and nothing, I call customer service and nobody knows absolutely anything! DO NOT HIRE CONFIDENT !!!

Possibly they are cheaper, but tricks how to make the client pay the clinic a "guarantee" until you pay off the debt they have with them does not make any sense. But still reimbursing the money to the insured in 30 days because "they have problems in their system." Sometimes the cheap turns out to be expensive.
