Terrible service, very slow and the officials do not provide good service, they lack warmth and empathy.

Minimum 100 waiting shifts, however the staff is friendly on most occasions and in between waiting you look at the details such as: the number of lights burned inside the facilities.

The online IESS system does not work, you can never enter the page, the system takes you out when you need to enter for the different services, it is useless, THEY MUST DO SOMETHING ALREADY, THE AFFILIATES FEEL UNATTENDED, TOTALLY UNPROTECTED
