Cima de la Libertad

"Temple of Liberty" place located in the highlands of the traditional neighborhood of downtown Quito "San Roque". The libertarian deed in the battle of Pichincha is honored on the site.

Well I was there for a while in a running race... That was fantastic. I heard before it was a dangerous neighborhood and I'm sure it is. But if you go there by taxi 🚖 I would like to assure you nothing is going to happen. We'll inside you can find a museum about independence of audiencia de Quito from Spain 🇪🇸. Then the building 🏢 is some weird and pretty difficult to understand why was builded in that sense.. Finally for sure you will find a marvelous view of Quito an its downtown

The view of Quito is very nice but the grounds around it are not well kept.
