07.10.2019. Today in Salinas at the Rosa fish market, my bike was stolen, which was locked with a special lock. I want to express my gratitude to the municipal guard, and to the guard Jose Gonzales personally, who, with a partner, caught a young man a thief and returned my bike. Once again, my gratitude to the municipal authorities of Salinas for maintaining order during this turbulent time. Sincerely, Viktor Chernikov.
