I was docked at Carolina Park and the police took a long time to help us. After the incident, I had a location of my stolen phone with GPS but when I went to the tip, the police refused to help me with stupid and ridiculous reasons. The police in Quito do nothing, just pretend to do important things. I have no way to maintain communication with my family without my phone and the police are perpetuating my bad situation. They were the least attentive people of my whole life.

To get from Guayacanes Street and Av de los Pinos to Eloy Alfaro and Pinos between 7am and 8am, the queues of vehicles take a block 30 minutes from the metropolitan police do not know or can not handle this situation.

There is almost nothing ... the main road causes a lot of noise because of the number of vehicles!
