Airport Isla San Cristobal

The San Cristobal airport is pretty much a big, air hangar that they modified into an airport. It’s clean enough and has bathrooms on either side of the security check point, but there ain’t much there other than that. There’s a few shops on the public-facing side for your last minute Galápagos souvenirs. The ticket line moved fairly quickly and we went during a busy time. The security checkpoint flowed smoothly and quickly. All things considered, a good experience flying out of this airport.

There is nothing after the security check!!

Small airport, possible to walk from downtown. No air conditioning or wifi available, only one small cafe for snacks or drinks. Men’s washroom did not have any soap available in any of their locations. Check in was on the slow side, but the rest of the process went quickly. Possible to bring water through security. Boarding was done efficiently.

Nice Airport

Close to downtown (2$ taxi ride). Small but efficient.
