I always trusted this place. Until a week ago I asked my parents to give me a black coat to wash. I was going to use it on the weekend and when I was going to put it on I saw that the fabric of one sleeve shone outrageously, which is why I decided not to use and go the next day to claim. For work reasons my parents went to complain and received groceries from the staff. Besides being incompetent because they damaged a garment, they are disrespectful to their customers. Terrible service, terrible attention. They are the worst!
