Hertz

Paguei minha reserva no Brasil antes de minha chegada a Quito. No balcão da Hertz do aeroporto foi uma experiência frustrante. Os funcionários não sabiam como lidar com um reserva pre-paga, tentaram me empurrar todos os seguros dizendo q não poderia alugar sem seguros. Apos muita explicação q meu CC ja cobre todos os seguros enfim pudemos avancar. Última surpresa bizarra foi a não aceitação do meu CC porque a data de vencimento era muito pra frente 2026. Mais uma vez, demora, telefonemas e finalmente acharam o procedimento correto. Resultado, mais de 1h de espera e discussões. Bem ruim.

In one of the reservations, they did not make the discount of the guarantee voucher for US $ 500. Since then I made the claim and they did not return the money: They just stole it. On another occasion, my reservation was not respected and when arriving at the airport they simply said that there were no cars and they continued to talk among themselves.

They made a reservation for me on the web and when I went to the airport from Quito they did not have cars. Shameful service, a disaster.
