Alamo Rent A Car

Wrong address. No one at the front desk at the airport. I waited for more than half an hour when I decided to take a Uber to get in the place shown at their map and emailed address. Guess what? Wrong address 2 Uber trips - 30,00 $. When finally found the address, accordingly to the front desk guy is my fault. I do not recommend this rental company to my fellow travelers. We returned the car, which had a headlight broken, and guess what? They sad it was our fault. How is even possible to burn a headlight using it for 2 days. DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE!!!!

Absolutely a wonderful experience! When we got to counter the company told us our selected car was unfortunately unavailable to circulate due to city laws. Alamo was apologetic and offered an amazing upgrade onto an SUV Nissan kicks. We were received by Daniel (the manager) who kindly explained everything in detail for us. My husband, my three month old and I were extremely comfortable and happy! The car was amazing, spotless and our experience glorious! Everyone on the premises, from the gentleman at the counter to the guy who took us from the airport and back was professional and extremely helpful. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Didn't have the class of car available that was booked with Expedia and was forced to pay extra for a different car. To save time we took the car dirty and half full of petrol so we didn't need to wait for the car to be cleaned and refueled. Car leaked water on the driver's side and air conditioning didn't work. Price quoted on extra kilometers omitted mentioning the %17 extra tax. Compensation was pitiful for all the inconveniences.

Tricked into "mandatory" insurance not declared in price. Lied about coverage. Charged extra for damage not caused by myself. Thieves and scamsters. Avoid!
