We rented a car online through RentalCar. The vehicle worked very well, but the treatment received by Localiza leaves much to be desired. First they charged us $ 24 in advance for leaving it after ten, although we finally left it at 12:30. Finally, upon delivery of the vehicle they charged us $ 23 because they said the car was dirty when nobody had told us that we had to return it clean (something very rare in Europe). On the other hand, charging $ 23 to clean the car is a real abuse. We are people and not robots. If you want a personalized service do not go to this company. We will not repeat.
