Hello. I am a condo manager and condo-owned dogs are taken out to relieve themselves in the communal areas. This attitude is repetitive and the owner does not comply with the legal provisions of the Horizontal Property Law. In addition to dirtying gardens and the reception area, they destroy plants. One of the dogs intimidates the landlords by barking at them and threatens to bite them. They have spoken with said condominium owner but he does so. I can take corrective action or await your visit to mediate with that person. Thanks
