On November 2, 2015, DIFFERENT DAY, we were surprised that the l'apida that covers my father's grave had been withdrawn FOR LACK OF PAYMENT !!!! ... which is not true, since that we have the TITULODE PROPERTY since July 26, 2008. My father died on July 27, 2015 since that day we have had problems with attention both in the wake room and cleaning, there is no attention to the assistants and candies We practically obtained them because the claims began, the floral service ... repeated arrangements and withered flowers and thankfully we HAD PAID THE LUXURY SERVICE! ... in the cemetery we had problems because they removed the flowers the day after they had been taken and finally the removal of the tombstone ... I mean, if they could take out the corpses to show the rest of the people that the family members are in default ... MISERABLE THING !!!!!!! ..... . All this has happened to us here in Santo Domingo, I hope that there in Manta things go d completely. Here they have desecrated my father's grave by withdrawing his tombstone WITHOUT REASON ..... we are not willing to tolerate an offense anymore. We hope that they will take the necessary measures so that none of these unpleasant things happen again that leave much to say.
