Terrible, I arrive with my son at dawn due to an emergency, and the first thing they do is ask if you have enough financial solvency to pay, nothing that your son has or anything, after notifying about their prices they begin to attend to the patient, well they put you on a bed and tell you to wait for the specialist to arrive, obviously the waiting time is paid and the specialist arrives in 4 or 5 hours later, the specialist arrives to check on the patient, and since he does not know what he has, he says there is To try for 24 hours, he checks him, they do tests and he ends up asking the parents "What will happen to your son?" If we knew obviously we would not be in that clinic !!! It is a total robbery, terrible service, my son was traumatized because they gave him an IV, according to the doctor because there is no other way. I do not recommend them at all, in the end my son is still swollen equal or more than what they received.

Bad treatment by the administrative staff. They make moms await birth in the street to go up to Neonatology without any consideration to their condition, staff does not inform anything and does not know how to treat people with kindness. How difficult is it to deliver credentials in the inside of the clinic where there is a huge hallway before getting on the elevator or in the waiting room WITH CHAIRS?
